Spiritual Activities for Women

Days and Evenings of Recollection

Days and Evenings of Recollection assist women in fostering a deeper spiritual life and recognizing how to turn ordinary life into a means to grow in holiness.   The Recollections are held once per month and are open to all women, single or married, working both inside and outside the home.

Women's Retreats 2018

Retreats are offered for women in Pittsburgh, Ohio, and the surrounding areas in February and March. These take place on a weekend from Friday to Sunday and include a series of meditations, talks, daily Mass, Sacrament of Reconciliation, recitation of the Rosary, the Way of the Cross, time for personal prayer, and spiritual reading.

Grandevue holds Days of Recollection for college women at many colleges and universities.  The Days of Recollection include a time of prayer and meditation as well as a talk on some practical aspect of living as a young Christian woman in the middle of the world.
